DELIVERY
The delivery time is 5 to 15 working days for processing and shipping your order in Europe and outside Europe, an additional 5 to 7 days.
In the case of standard delivery without signature, our company cannot be held responsible for delivery defects (loss, theft, etc.).
After each order, a confirmation email containing the order tracking link will be sent to you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in our company. We would like to remind you that most of our products are made on request, so we are not able to provide standard refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter any problems with one of our products, we invite you to contact us by email at sav@bordersprojects.com so that we can find a solution adapted to your situation. We also remind you that the provisions relating to returns and refunds in the case of custom-made or personalized goods are regulated by article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.
Returns
Where applicable, returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, they must not have been worn or washed and the original labels must not have been removed. Please note, if the item arrives damaged, we cannot guarantee the processing of your request. Returns are made upon presentation of proof of purchase.
No returns can be processed without prior agreement. Please do not return an item before requesting it at sav@bordersprojects.com
Any item received without prior contact with our after-sales service cannot be the subject of a return request. In this case, the return costs will be your responsibility.
Trades
An item may be replaced if it is defective or damaged. A voucher may be offered to you if the product is unavailable.
Items on sale or having benefited from any reduction are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning one or more item(s) are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. In the case of a refund, the return costs of the product(s) concerned will be deducted from the amount of the initial total order.
The time it takes to return a new item varies from 7 to 20 days depending on the geographic area and the delivery method chosen.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We are not responsible for loss/theft of packages in the context of product returns.
