Terms and conditions
These general conditions of sale are concluded between, on the one hand, this website www.bordersprojects.com published by the company EDS STONE, whose head office is located at 11 rue emile lepeu, 75011 PARIS, registered with the RCS of Paris under the siret number 791 445 4300 030 and, on the other hand, any non-commercial natural person. (“Customer”) wishing to make a purchase on the website www.bordersprojects.com
OBJECT
These conditions aim to define the terms of placing an order, payment, delivery but also after-sales service between bordersprojects.com and the customer.
PRODUCTS
The Products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if these descriptions contain errors or omissions, the company EDS STONE cannot be held liable. The photographs of the products offered may undergo minimal variations (colors, sizes, shape)
PRICE
The prices of the products are displayed in euros. VAT is included in the price displayed at the rate in force in France for the products concerned. For orders to countries outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the price displayed at the time of payment. The regularization of customs fees will, where applicable, be the responsibility of the Customer upon delivery.
ORDER PROCESS
The customer can choose items from our product range and add them to their “Shopping Cart”. By clicking on the “Finalize order” button, the customer finalizes the order of the products appearing in the Basket. He will then be asked to provide us with his data (including payment data).
Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of their order at any time.
It is also obligatory to accept these General Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Otherwise it will not be possible to order products on the Site www.bordersprojects.com
Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the products ordered.
A confirmation email detailing the order will be sent to the customer upon receipt of payment.
SHIPPING – DELIVERY
Our packages are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relais. Shipping costs vary depending on the geographic delivery area and the weight of the items ordered. All the announced times are calculated in working days. The details of this information can be consulted on the page dedicated to our shipping, returns and refunds policy. The Seller undertakes to process the Order within a maximum period of 14 days from the day following validation of the Order taking effect upon validation of the order, or the first working day following validation of an order.
RESPONSIBILITY
The company EDS STONE is not responsible for any losses or damages that you may suffer if losses or damages result from a case of force majeure, if they are attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if they are caused to you attributable.
If the customer's address is incorrect, Eds Stone cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

The products must be returned, where applicable, in their packaging and in their original condition to the following address: Retours BP, 11 rue emile lepeu, 75011 Paris.
SECURE PAYMENT
Payments are provided by our partners (Stripe, PayPal). We have no access to your identifiers and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, ensuring both the identity of the payment institution and data confidentiality.
Paypal: PayPal is a simple and secure payment solution for accepting credit card payments. By using PayPal as a means of payment to pay for a purchase, in France or abroad, if you do not receive your item, PayPal will reimburse you the total amount of the transaction, shipping costs included.
WARRANTIES - AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All Products on sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the Consumer Code) allowing the User to return defective or damaged products.

The customer is informed that during his navigation and as part of an order, personal data concerning him are collected and processed by the company EDS STONE. The Conditions are governed by French law.

Likewise, the brands, logos, designs and models appearing on the website are the exclusive property of the company EDS STONE. They cannot therefore be used under penalty of counterfeiting.
